Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch in-stock items within 2-3 working days. All orders are shipped via registered mail, complete with a tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping Fees:

• Complimentary shipping on orders over S$300

• Nominal shipping fee of S$10 for orders below S$300

Return and Exchange Policy

At +4 Design, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we don't offer refunds, we provide store credit for returns, allowing you to explore our collection further.

Exchange Details:

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for an item of equal value.

• For exchanges involving items of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

• Store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• Any workmanship defects on new products will be exchanged/replaced at no extra cost. If the exact item is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar SKU of equivalent value.

• Incorrectly supplied items will also be exchanged without additional fees.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Exclusions:

• Sale items are NOT eligible for returns.
